Position Overview:
Dean Auto Collision Center is always looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team. This general application is for candidates interested in a variety of roles within our collision repair facility, including technician, paint, body repair, detailing, and front office support positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with vehicle repairs, including body work, painting, and refinishing
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify repair needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
• Support team members in completing jobs efficiently and on schedule
• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in auto collision repair, automotive services, or related field preferred (but not required for entry-level roles)
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
